Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a proposed service before work starts by contacting BW Partners in writing. Fees for work already completed, government charges, third-party costs and work reserved specifically for your engagement are non-refundable. Where a prepaid service is cancelled before work begins, any eligible refund will be assessed against the agreed scope and processed to the original payment method. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.
